Ms. Kirchner has practiced immigration law since graduating from George Mason University Law School in 2014.

Ms. Kirchner received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University, graduating magna cum laude, with honors. She worked in Human Resources with the Department of the Navy prior to attending law school.

She has significant experience working on H-2A and H-2B immigration matters. Additionally, Ms. Kirchner’s prior practice focused on business immigration with extensive experience representing corporate clients pursuing TNs, O-1s, L-1s, and green cards based on PERMs, Schedule A, and Multinational Managers and Executives. Ms. Kirchner also worked exclusively on self-sponsored petitions for Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waivers, and EB-5 investors for several years after graduating law school. Due to her broad experience, Ms. Kirchner is well versed in consular processing, naturalization, adjustments of status, and marriage-based petitions.

Ms. Kirchner is admitted to practice law in Virginia. She lives with her family in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia. She and her husband have three children, as well as two cats. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her family. Her family loves all nature-themed activities, particularly hikes and picnics on the Appalachian Trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway. As a native to Southern Maryland, Ms. Kirchner and her family often travel to visit family and go on fishing trips. The entire family loves baseball so T-ball games and attending Washington Nationals games are also favorite family activities.
