Michael Mayer is a practicing U.S. Immigration Lawyer who represents clients in all 50 United States of America.

Michael’s clients come from around the world, seeking help with Unites States Immigration issues. Attorney Mayer speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and English. Specializing in citizenship related matters, legal permanent residency status cases, family visas, waivers, employment and business-related visas as well as other areas of immigration-related legal support.

Michael is the product of immigrants. His mother was from Canada and grandparents from Austria, England, and Holland. Michael’s experience in the missions field, two years of outreach in service in the Dominican Republic, gives Attorney Mayer a unique perspective in dealing with United States Immigration Law and Immigration related legal matters. Upon completion of missions work Michael returned to study at Brigham Young University.

Attorney Mayer received his Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka Kansas. As a student, Michael worked as an intern with the United States Postal Inspection Service, the oldest federal law enforcement organization in the United States, in Washington, DC. He left school and began to work in immigration in San Antonio. Though Michael has practiced other areas of law in the past he now dedicates his practice solely to immigration law.

He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Due to the federal nature of U.S. immigration law, Mr. Mayer is able to represent clients nationwide.
